Returns/Exchanges
All merchandise, except gift certificates, can be returned if you are not
satisfied with it. All wearable merchandise must be returned in new condition.
Note that shipping charges are not refundable. You will receive credit once the
returned item is received and replacement items will be sent at that time. You
will need to pay for return shipping, depending on the reason for the return.
Return process will take 2 to 3 weeks. Gift returns will be credited back to
the original purchaser's payment method.
Gift
Certificates
Gift certificates are neither refundable nor returnable. Lost, stolen or
damaged Gift Certificates may be canceled and replaced with appropriate proof
of purchase. Replacement Gift Certificates will have the same expiration date
as the original.

issue

you have not received your monthly issue after a reasonable amount of time
given for unforeseen circumstances, please contact HNH News® by any of the following

to correct the ituation.

issue in question will be immediately mailed out.

extra month will be added to your subscription,
